Q1. I downloaded successfully to my computer, but can't find the study guide on my iPod.
A1. In Windows, the downloader automatically installs the study guide in your Notes folder under Study Guides. From the top menu of your iPod, click Extras, then Notes, then Study Guides. There you'll find your download title.

For Macs, you SAVED your download zip file to a folder on your computer. Then you need to create a folder under the Notes folder on your iPod called "Study Guides". Once created, unzip your computer file and copy the study guide folder to "Study Guides" folder on your iPod. On your iPod click Extras, then Notes, then Study Guides. There you'll find your download title.

Q2. What if I can't copy files to my iPod?
A2. Your iPod needs to be in Disk Use mode. Go to iTunes and with your iPod connected and ready, right click on the iPod listed in iTunes. Click on iPod Options and on the iPod tab. Check the box " Enable disk use." Try again to copy your files.

Q3. Can I copy a download to more than one iPod?
A3. Copyright restrictions do not allow coping of the same program to multiple iPods. You can only copy a file up to 3 times to the same iPod in case of damaged or lost files.

Q4. Do I need to have my iPod connected when downloading notes or guides?
A4. Yes. For error-free downloading it's best to have your iPod connected and synchronized and ready to go.
